The Reach, Mango Hill

AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for the 42 lot subdivision nestled into the heart of Capestone, Mango Hill. The development also includes 2 drainage reserves, rehabilitation planting to all earthwork batters and planting to an existing filled dam situated within an Energex easement. A Mosquito Management Plan was required for a mosquito vegetation barrier along the interface of the existing open space and residential allotments. Construction is to be completed in mid-2025.
