The Precinct, Thornlands

In 2019, AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for a combined 75 lot (small-lot) subdivision and 102 unit medium density residential lot development with a vegetated setback along adjacent main roads, Boundary Road and Kinross Road. The Medium Density component contains 2 communal open spaces, a detention basin and a bio-retention basin. A Vegetation Management Plan and Rehabilitation Plan was required across the site.  Construction is due to commence in late 2025.
