The Pinnacle, Kinross Road

In 2017, AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for the 93 lot subdivision which will includes 2 drainage reserves and 2 large open space areas with a combined area of 6.1 hectares. A close collaboration with Ecologists and Arborists was required to provide a successful outcome for the large expanse of rehabilitation planting which is a feature of this development. Construction was completed in 2025.
