Licensys @ The Hub, Heathwood

In 2022, AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for an Industrial Warehouse in a new Industrial Development called “The Hub”. The design comprises of canopy trees and understorey planting lining the frontage as well as within the carpark whilst bushfire buffer planting is on the outskirts adjacent to Glider Forest Reserve. Construction was completed in 2025.
