The proposed Gurner Group 100 suite Resort with a large central swimming lagoon is encompassed by an inner layer of luxurious Hotel Rooms including a Wellness Centre, Cafe, Restaurant, Bars, Kids Play Area and feature waterfall.

The outer layer comprises of circa 45 residential offerings ranging from stand-alone luxury homes, spacious villas with private courtyards and pools and Townhouse products.

AS Design completed the Concept Design for this low-rise Eco Retreat and received Council Approval in 2023.
