Riverleigh Estate, Logan Reserve

AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for the 4 stage 114 lot residential development including a 1 hectare park space consisting of a Playground, Kick-about Space and Bio-Retention Basin. Construction has commenced on Stages 1 and 2 with a proposed completion in late 2025.
