AS Design completed the Development Application for the 10 Level Residential Twin Tower on the corner of Queen St and Waterloo St. One tower has a Rooftop Terrace with a swimming pool, outdoor lounges, outdoor bar and daybeds overlooking the Raby Bay and Brisbane CBD whilst the other tower has a BBQ area and break-out space on Level 7 with glimpses of North Stradbroke Island and the Gold Coast. Level 1 Recreation Area acts as a central spine that not only activates the entry and exits for both buildings but also provides communal BBQ facilities and private reading areas nestled within the tropical dense planting surrounds.
