In 2025, AS Design submitted a Development Application for a recreational facilities comprising of an Office, Café, Wellness Centre, 2 toilets, 6 Padel Courts, 6 Beach Tennis Courts, 6 Pickle Ball Courts and associated carparking. Existing trees along both road frontages are to be retained and to be complemented by a native plant palette.
