Lumina, Stones Corner

In 2021, AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for an 11 level multi-storey residential development with a Rooftop Terrace with a swimming pool / recreation area and communal vegetable garden open to the sky and retail tenancies on the Ground Floor. Located in the heart of Stones Corner, the roof terrace offers panoramic views of Brisbane City. Construction has commenced and is envisaged to be completed in 2026/2027.
