Lomandra Park, Bridgeman Downs

Lomandra Park is a 90 lot subdivision containing existing vegetation of high ecological significance. A Vegetation Management Plan and Rehabilitation Plan was required along with Landscape Plans for the nearby Pinnaroo Cemetery site as requested by Council. An adjacent block was later purchased by the Client who developed a further 30 lots including a bio-retention basin. Construction was completed in 2025.
