Chambers Ridge, Park Ridge

In 2016, AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for the 8 stage residential subdivision consisting of 300 lots, entry statements a local park including playground and drainage reserve. Construction of the final stage was completed in 2024.
