Bay Ridge Estate, Redland Bay

AS Design were commissioned for the design, documentation and contract administration for the 51 lot subdivision with a large open space and associated detention basin. Rehabilitation planting was required on the outskirts of the development including riparian vegetation along Moogurrapum Creek. Construction was completed in 2023.
