In 2023, AS Design were commissioned for the Development Application for a proposed 12 storey ‘Short Term’ Accommodation facility in the heart of the City. Bounded by Turbot Street overpass and dwarfed by adjacent Pullman and Mecure Hotels, the development required to have a point of difference. Heavily planted facades and perimeter planters to every level encapsulated the New World City Design Guide “Buildings that Breathe” concept.
